Millennials and Gen Z are interested in more than just drawing a paycheck or having a fancy title. Instead, Millennials and Gen Z crave a sense of purpose from their work.
Unfortunately, only 26% of Millennials and 21% of Gen Z “derive a sense of meaning from their work.” Importantly for employers, Millennials and Gen Z who believe that their work has meaning beyond money are three times more likely to remain with their current employers.
