KinderLab Robotics' KIBO is a hands-on STEAM coding robot that provides hours of exciting, imaginative, playful, and social learning experiences for early learners. Have you ever wished you could send a survey out to superintendents to ask what would get them to buy your products?
Many educators and administrators aren't able to work directly for or with vendors. They're rarely able to share what they really think about marketing materials or product features, either because of contractual obligations, other time commitments, or sometimes, simple politeness. KinderLab leveraged their Anonymous Edvisor to get unfiltered, unbiased feedback directly from a real prospective buyer.
PRP and KinderLab Robotics had previously partnered to share press releases and user stories in relevant publications. PRP asked KinderLab to participate in our pilot Anonymous Edvisors program.
PRP worked with KinderLab to identify the type of Anonymous Edvisor who could answer their questions.
KinderLab was matched with a custom Anonymous Edvisor who matched their buyer profile.
After KinderLab reviewed the Anonymous Edvisor's background, they were able to craft and send their most pressing questions.
The Anonymous Edvisor went above and beyond, including introducing the KIBO to a school in her district.
KinderLab loved the Anonymous Edvisor's answers. They valued the opportunity to ask follow-up and clarifying questions.
