Rex Academy is a woman- and minority-owned business expanding access to computer science education. Rex Academy was founded in 2015 by Sandhya (Sandy) Padala.

The Situation

Rex Academy had one of the best computer science platforms on the market, but they did not know who their buyers were. As a result, the messaging on their website was not converting leads. They needed to know:

  • Who are our buyers? What are their titles and what do they care about?
  • How can we turn our website into our best salesperson? How can we create a marketing strategy and digital journey that generates leads?

The Goal

  • Develop a marketing strategy that would increase inbound leads.
  • Refine key messaging for marketing assets.
  • Increase leads via conversion rate optimization and customized buyer journeys.
