On a Friday afternoon in Dallas, nearly 40 superintendents, board members and other district officials from around the state gathered for an engaging presentation from one of their own!

Dr. Greg Firn, the newly retired deputy superintendent of Grand Prairie ISD, shared his three decades of change management experience to teach participants the best strategies to implement and monitor new initiatives, shifting positive change from a "one-time thing" to a continuous improvement.

The responses for this luncheon were so overwhelming that PRP had to secure a larger room the night before the event! Lightspeed Technologies, a PRP client, sponsored the day’s events.

Attendees enjoyed a delicious buffet lunch with a little Southwestern flair, and Lightspeed also provided all of the audio technology in the room.  The Texas sales team had a chance to showcase the Flexcat, an innovative audio system that transmits clear, crisp sound from a microphone worn around the speaker’s neck to six audio pods placed throughout a room.
