Continuing to recognize the best of the best, the editors of District Administration magazine are proud to present this year’s 2014 Readers’ Choice Top 100 Products, which were selected from more than 2,400 unique nominations. Up from 1,800 nominations in 2013, this is yet another record-breaking year.
This annual award alerts superintendents and other senior school leaders to the best products their colleagues around the country are using to help their districts excel.
DA readers—the nation’s top K12 leaders—submitted hundreds of enthusiastic testimonials throughout the year. Our editorial board carefully narrowed down the list based on the quality and quantity of theses testimonies.
Winning products for 2014 demonstrate the powerful impact of technology and the internet. Many innovative mobile products for learning and the classroom are designed to keep kids engaged in the lessons. And in central offices, administrators are using cutting-edge software and devices to increase safety and efficiency in their schools.
District Administration is excited to present the 2014 Readers’ Choice Top 100 Products in the following pages, in random order. Winning companies have also been recognized with honorable mentions if they received nominations for multiple products. Many products have won in years past, but there are also several new winners to discover.
We hope the products on this list can help make a difference in your district and inspire innovation in the world of K12 throughout 2015. Congratulations to the winners!
