ApplyToEducation now integrates with the TeacherMatch Educators Professional Inventory (EPI®), a research-based hiring tool that uses predictive analytics to determine a teaching candidate’s ability to deliver student academic growth. School boards who purchase the EPI can now see a list of applicants for a given teaching position, rank-ordered by their EPI score – all within the ApplyToEducation portal.
